With only five clients in each class, personalised attention is ensured. If you choose to be given the same workout as others in the class, it will be a non-stop workout suitable for beginners to advanced athletes!
Barre Classes are a non-stop workout, set to the beat and pace of high-energy dance music. It will lift the butt, tone the thighs, sculpt the arms, flatten the abs and burn fat.
Based on the more traditional lines of the Joseph Pilates method, it’s all about Control, Centering, Concentration, Breath, Flow and precision. A great class for those who are new to pilates and would like a slightly slower pace.
Live Online Classes
Perfect for those who are working away, have little ones at home or if you just can’t make it into the studio for a class. Our qualified instructors will be there to guide you through every exercise, giving you individual feedback and checking your technique throughout the 50 minute class.
Our corporate sessions are a great way to get your team moving through their lunch break or even out into our studio for a class to start the day. We offer multiple options from Private Singular Sessions to 6 Week Programs which can be completed at your workplace or ours!

The Inner Strength team are highly experienced and have been honing their skills in this industry for years. We specialize in Pre and Post Natal conditioning with each class being tailored to the individual’s specific needs.
Having trained AFL players, Australian Korfball team players, state netball and basketball players, professional golfers, mountain bikers and dancers, we have a wealth of experience in rehabilitation and injury prevention.
