Live Online Classes
Perfect for those working away or with little ones at home!
Based on our clinical and reformer classes with some additional matwork exercises, but LIVE online. Have us stream via Zoom to you in your lounge room, office or back yard, making it easier to get that extra workout in if you can’t make it into the studio. We will be there every exercise of the class, able to push you harder or notice if you are doing the exercises incorrectly.
Our instructors give you individual feedback and will be checking your technique throughout the 50 minute class. We wanted to provide clients with a way to workout at home safely and correctly while having the modifications given to them individually when they need them.
We understand that finding motivation can be hard so by pre booking your class we hold you to that commitment and will make sure you get the most out of the whole class, no slacking off… we have all done it!
What do I need for the class?
Once you have booked and paid, you will receive a confirmation email with a link which you will need to attend the online class. Please don’t forget to check your junk mail.
We suggest using a mat, but something which is comfortable for you to lay on will work. We like to incorporate some small equipment-based exercises, all of which can be substituted for alternate household items. You can purchase our Online Starter Kit from the studio, if you are interstate please don’t hesitate to contact us, we are able to ship the equipment within Australia. A computer, phone or ipad to watch the class.
We would prefer if your device has a camera, this will allow us to see you and correct your technique and adapt the class to suit you.
