At Inner Strength Pilates & Barre, we offer a range of different classes depending on your skill level and requirements. We’ve got something on offer to suit everyone, no matter what your level of confidence is.

If you’re not sure where to begin, we recommend joining a Mat Class in order to get a feel for what you like best!

Reformer

With only five clients in each class, personalised attention is ensured. If you choose to be given the same workout as others in the class, it will be a non-stop workout suitable for beginners to advanced athletes!

Barre

Barre Classes are a non-stop workout, set to the beat and pace of high-energy dance music. It will lift the butt, tone the thighs, sculpt the arms, flatten the abs and burn fat.
