REFUNDS

Inner Strength Pilates and Barre does not offer refunds on any purchases.

We can however exchange them for another service at the casual class rate.

EXTENSIONS

We will not add any extensions to blocks of classes purchased.

Please be aware that all blocks expire 12 Months after purchase date.

12 HR CANCELLATION

We ask all clients cancel their classes 12 hours prior. If you do not cancel you will forfeit the class.

This can be done via email, text, our app or online.

MEMBERSHIP TERMINATION

Memberships are a minimum of 2 payments, after this you can cancel any time.

We will need written confirmation with 30 days notice to terminate.

MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSIONS

2 weeks notice is required to suspend/pause a membership.

Maximum of 3 suspensions per year per client. This does not include when the studio is closed over xmas.

ILLNESS/COVID-19

If you have to cancel your class due to illness or covid-19, please bring a Doctors Certificate or Negative Covid test result to your next class. We will then be able to reverse the late cancellation and put your class back on your account.
